The service was easy to use and I was pleased about how quickly the flowers were delivered. However, the bouquet of red and white flowers depicted online did not resemble the two pinkish red large flowers my mother in law received. The website should be explicit about your making substitutions and substitutions really should look more like what is advertised.

It was much easier than I expected to place the order and I liked that I got emailed updates about the same day delivery. My only wish is that the bouquet were bigger or at least the size better explained online.

I did not see the arrangement because I did not visit the person in the hospital. She sent me a thank you note saying the flowers were very nice.
